Youth homelessness systems change when the strategy is sound and the people behind it are committed. Our team has over 50 years of combined in-depth experience leading varying groups of people with different interests, backgrounds, and system representation through consensus decision making processes. We have facilitated groups as large as 50+ attendees made up of government, philanthropy, private sector, non-profit, activist, coalitions, and people with lived experience, where an affirmative and respectful environment is cultivated, led by mutual community agreements. We are skilled at guiding productive movement towards collective goals and outcomes, using a variety of activities that ensure participant's voices are being heard with the ultimate goal of communities working together toward a shared vision.

In partnership with a dedicated Core Team of community experts, we adapt the tools to meet your needs and align with your cultural practices and community based best practices.

Developing low to no barrier intervention and prevention through cash disbursement to neighbors who are at-risk or experiencing homelessness. We come with a full team package consisting of financial partner, evaluation partner, and project management. Our team supports identifying local direct service providers that have the capacity to provide participant centered services that align with the values of autonomy, dignity, and access to monetary capital.

Our needs assessment is a systematic data-driven process of identifying and understanding the needs of a system, organization, program, or community to prioritize areas for improvement, intervention, or enhancement.
